Refund and Return Policy for Starbina

At Starbina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund and Return Policy ensures that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Policy
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at info@starbina.com or call us at (903) 984-6266 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Starbina (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If the returned item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to your card, and it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. The return must be processed according to our return policy before a new order can be made.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at info@starbina.com within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.
To process the return or exchange, please include:
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
